The McCarthys preparation and production department was first established over 25 years ago and has since become one of our proudest accomplishments, supplying wholesale packed and prepared foods to all areas of the food industry. Packaged under our own Iceni Prepared brand, every one of our freshly prepared products is packed to order, washed and ready for use, and is subjected to the extensive quality controls that have earned us our SALSA accreditation, so you can be confident of only the very highest quality standards. While our extensive and ever-expanding range offers plenty of choice for most of our customers, we are also able to create unique products to match any individual specifications and requirements, and can even pack produce into retail packs for resellers. The production department operates up to 18 hours a day, six days a week, with all lines available for next-day delivery.
