Warehouse Update 30/05/19

Please see below the following information gathered from the warehouse today.

Warehouse Findings

  • Tomatoes – loose Dutch tomatoes 6kg in stock contain two sizes; B 57-62mm & A 62-67mm * ~
  • Onions – with a lack of quality onions available and UK crops short, we’ve sourced medium-large onions 70-90mm from Australia. The quality of these onions look a far improvement to recent stocks, in terms of price, these are quite expensive and working out to a similar price to the new season Spanish onions. ~
  • Lettuce – UK-Norfolk cos lettuce 10’s in stock from Aldis & Sons are a good weight for a lettuce – weighing in at approx 750g. ~

New Arrivals

  • Cherries – Spanish 1.5-2kg red cherries 26-28mm ‘Leon Martin’ brand – eat well, sweeter than previous stocks. * ~
